St. Marys River Management Committee
The St. Marys River Management Committee (SMRMC) is an intergovernmental entity of elected and appointed members from four counties along the St. Marys River including Charlton, Camden, Nassau and Baker counties. The committee meets monthly to discuss, develop and implement plans and programs in regard to the St. Marys River. The SMRMC is made up of individuals who are involved because of a personal commitment to the St. Marys River. Notice of public meetings
The Committee usually meets on the first Monday of every month at 7 p.m. The schedule for 2017 is listed below and includes links to meeting agendas and minutes. For subcommittee meeting time, location, agendas and minutes, click HERE. Visitors are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
* A tentative meeting agenda will be posted, usually seven days before the meeting.
Parking and entrance is to the rear of the building, adjacent to Town Hall. Access the rear parking area from Frank Brookins Drive, between Town Hall and Crossroads Family Worship Center. Do not block emergency vehicle bays!
Anyone who is interested may join the members of the SMRMC, who may meet before the committee meeting for dinner, at Cedar River Seafood at 12500 U.S. 1 in Callahan at 6 p.m. The dinner meeting is not an official meeting and no SMRMC business will be conducted nor will items that may come before the committee be discussed there.
