The St. Marys River Management Committee (SMRMC) is an intergovernmental entity of elected and appointed members from four counties along the St. Marys River including Charlton, Camden, Nassau and Baker counties. The committee meets monthly to discuss, develop and implement plans and programs in regard to the St. Marys River. The SMRMC is made up of individuals who are involved because of a personal commitment to the St. Marys River. Directions: From intersection of U.S. 1/U.S. 301 and S.R. 200/A1A, go south .3 miles on U.S. 301. Turn right onto Mickler St. (at First Baptist Church) and go .1 miles. The county building is on the left (one-story brick).

Anyone who is interested may join the members of the SMRMC, who may meet before the committee meeting for dinner, at Cedar River Seafood at 12500 U.S. 1 in Callahan at 6 p.m. The dinner meeting is not an official meeting and no SMRMC business will be conducted nor will items that may come before the committee be discussed there.
